When you are a member of LiliVerde you can watch all video tutorials that belong to your membership unlimited. As often as you like. The videos are all stored on the site. They are not downloadable and you cannot save them. It works much like Netflix.

Below a short step-by-step plan how to watch the videos. 

1. Go to the website www.liliverde.com (probably you are already there, otherwise you could not read this article)
2. Login with your username and password. You created this yourself when you registered. You may have changed your password yourself in the meantime. Click here to login.
3. How can you check whether you are logged in? Click on login again. If you now see the Log out button, you are successfully logged in.
4. When you log in again you will automatically be taken to the page where all the videos are stored. You can also see there how long your membership is still running. That is an extra check to see if you are logged in. If you don't see that info on the page, you are NOT logged in.
5. By clicking on the photo, title or text "watch the video" you go to the article about this video.
6. On that page you can see the video with the shopping list for purchasing the essentials for this flower arrangement.
7. The video can be started by pressing the red arrow or the play button in the video screen.
8. Do you want to have the video played full screen? For example on a tablet. Then click on the icon at the bottom right of the video screen with the 4 arrows pointing to the corners.

How do we notify you of a new video?

1. After we have placed a new video, we will send you an email with the message in it.
2. Have you not received an email? Don't worry, check the site every now and then because the new videos appear on the site twice a month. There are no fixed dates for this.
3. If you have not received an email, our email may have ended up in the spam or junk folder. Then look there to find it there.
4. You can prevent our mails from ending up in spam by adding This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the address book of your mail program. This of course depends on your mail program.

What if I can no longer log in?

1. That is not nice because then you can no longer watch the videos.
2. Can't remember your username? Then go to the login menu (you are probably already there), and click on the text "Forgot your username?". You will then be taken to a page where you must enter your email address. If you enter the correct email address here, you will receive an email with your username. Also check the spam folder to see if it ends up there.
3. Can't remember your password? Then go to the login menu (you are probably already there), and click on the text "Forgot your password?". You will then be taken to a page where you must enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a code. Copy it carefully and paste it in the "Verification code" field. Don't forget to enter your username as well. Then you will come to a page where you have to enter a new password. You can also click on the link in the received mail.
